By accessing or using Tody, you agree to these terms and applicable policies. Do not use the services if you do not agree.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You are responsible for accurate account information, lawful use, device security, and activity under your account or API keys.
3. Acceptable use
You must not misuse Tody for spam, fraud, unlawful content, harassment, impersonation, malware, unauthorized access, or activity that harms users, infrastructure, or reputation.
4. Business API
Business users must send messages only with a lawful basis, maintain opt-out and consent practices, protect API keys, and comply with applicable telecom, data protection, consumer, and sector-specific obligations.
5. Payments
Paid features, credits, wallet balances, and subscriptions may be subject to additional terms, taxes, payment gateway rules, and usage limits.
6. Service changes
Tody may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue features during beta or production operation. Beta features may change without prior notice.
7. Limitation
Services are provided as available to the extent permitted by law. Tody is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
